We are looking for a qualified Account Manager – Sale to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and overseeing sales to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
 
Responsibility:
 
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Exposure to US Sales OR US outbound is a plus.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
 
Preferred Qualifications
4-7 years experience in IT solutions and services sales; business development and marketing preferable in the international market.
Preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science.
