Assyst will provide Enterprise Infrastructure services to the company, which is known worldwide for providing new concession plans in travel venues and has revenues of more than $4.0 billion. The company has operations in 15 countries around the globe. Assyst will manage infrastructure, operations, implementation, and aligning of the company’s strategic IT decisions with their expansion plans in South Asia.
The company is a leader in food, beverage, and merchandise concessions at US airports, toll-road travel plazas, shopping malls, and entertainment venues. Through licensing and franchising agreements, the company has introduced into airports branded concessions, such as Starbucks, Burger King, and Quiznos.
