Assyst’s Service Delivery Methodology incorporates Project Definition, which ensures that the customer and Assyst have the same understanding of the project and that eventual expectations are set; Project Planning, in which a detailed work plan is devised, showing a complete break-up of the work structure and staffing schedule, with clearly defined deliverables; Project Monitoring, which ensures that the project plan is executed under the continuous supervision of the Project Leads and the Project Manager; and Project Closure, which includes acceptance testing / deployment / training and project sign off.
