Shankar Thiruvillakkat – Chief Executive Officer
Shankar helped set up the global operations of Assyst and he is based out of Kochi, Kerala, India. His responsibilities include setting up short-term/long-term goals for the global operations and working closely with the management team in the US to define and monitor growth and execution strategies.

Prior to coming on board the Assyst team, he founded Sprint Technologies an IT training firm which grew from a single center to 45 centers in the South East Asia within a span of 6 years. He started his career as a software engineer and moved on to client servicing. He has worked with Hinditron Informatics and Zenith Computers and has over 18 years experience in the IT industry.

As a member of the management team, he is actively involved in key alliances, capacity growth, process initiatives, and business development and delivery.

Vasudevan M. Ottur – Chief Process Officer
Vasudevan has over 25 years of experience and is involved in conducting audits to measure the effectiveness of the quality management system; overseeing the testing department activities; coordinating all the SQA activities and all the process improvement activities including appraisal for CMMI level 5 maturity. He has experience in companies like HCL and Usha Micro Controls. He is responsible for identifying and institutionalizing all business processes in the organization.

Umesh  Andy – Chief Operating Officer
Umesh has over 35 years of experience and handles the human resources, procurement and administration functions. He has worked in public sector undertakings like IBP, Balmer Lawrie and Cochin Refineries. In the IT industry’s current scenario, where identifying the right talent adds technical and financial value to the organization, his responsibilities are important in structuring the manpower resources for optimum utilization.

Sriram Raghavan PMP, CSQA - Chief Information Officer
Sriram has over 14 years of IT experience in projects that involved working on legacy systems, client server and web technologies. He has worked as Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Systems Architect on major offshore projects. He has shouldered responsibilities ranging from building highly effective object-oriented teams, managing budgets, mentoring team members, creating accurate project plans, interfacing with marketing and sales, and overseeing projects from requirements analysis to deployment. His industry experience covers Banking, Finance, Insurance and Healthcare sectors. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about ISO 9001:2000/CMMI processes. He holds charge over the Software Development and Support Services Departments.

Muraleedharan K. Gopal - Chief Financial Officer
Muraleedharan has over 15 years of professional experience in finance management and corporate laws in various industries including Consulting, Manufacturing and IT. He is responsible for the corporate finance and legal matters of the global operations.  He has worked with Le Meridien,  Torry Harris Seafoods and Dataware Design Labs and has been involved in financial & business planning and implementation  in India and the Middle East. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a professional law degree.

Rajan Kuriakose - Vice President (Project Solutions)
Rajan has over 14 years of experience with ERP Products / Business Application Development from conceptualization, through design and development to implementation. His project management skills in executing medium and large projects are appreciable. His international experience spans across various countries. He has the responsibility of meeting potential clients, supporting business development activities, resource allocation for the projects, review and monitoring of ongoing projects, coordinating activities between development and other supporting teams,  and resource planning.

Prashant Sasi – Vice President (Business Development)
Prashant holds over 9 years of significant experience working in various capacities in the field of marketing and sales. He is part of executive management team and is involved in marketing of Consulting and Managed Services, Professional Staff Augmentation services and product sales. He has key expertise in marketing strategies formulation, brand and product management, relationship management, account servicing and support, extensive experience in development, facilitation and management of long range business partnership in the fast paced, performance measured, global technology services market. He is also experienced in handling major client accounts for outsourcing services for overseas customers based in USA, Europe, APAC and Far East.
