• Project Service engagements are best suited when the requirements are well defined and the client needs the application built within a certain time frame. Assyst provides fixed bid contracts on such assignments as well as ongoing maintenance contracts for the application. Assyst’s Project Managers engage the stakeholders from the planning stage by working on the budget, timeline and resource allocation; by monitoring and taking corrective action as and when required; by evaluating and documenting the risks; and by controlling scope changes and ensuring the timely release of the deliverables.
  

• Shared Application Service where a team is assigned to build and manage all or some of the applications that run within an organization. The team works seamlessly with the partner’s staff. The scope of the services may be a hybrid or it could be the complete outsourcing of the full range of components within the application services, including project management, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. This is very useful for organizations where the application undergoes revisions due to changing business requirements or there is a shortage of resources available in-house in the technology that the current application is built on.
