Assyst’s global support center adds better value for money. Assyst’s Quick Fix Support provides users with a fast solution to their problems or a work around that allows them to continue with their activities. A problem-logging tool allows users to register and to set priorities. Assyst’s Support team analyzes the problems logged and provides the required solution. Assyst’s Long Term Application Support Team analyzes problems that have been temporarily resolved at the second level of support, designs a lasting solution, puts it through various tests and compiles it into a patch for release. The Customer can have a small sized maintenance team on-site, supported by a large offshore support team.  This gives customers control over the maintenance activities while providing access to a large pool of support staff and the flexibility to utilize the support budget provision judiciously.
