The assigned person works for the partner and helps in locating and identifying skilled IT resources, ensures their salary expectations match the requirements specified, checks their availability in terms of geographical location and nature of work, sets up interviews with the project manager, conducts reference checks and works with the partner until the recruitment process is complete.  Assyst maintains a working bench of technical resources who support in-house and outsourcing software development efforts, and can draw upon this pool to carry out on-site tasks for its customers. When suitable candidates are not available from within the pool, Assyst recruits experienced professionals from outside. |
